Return & Refund Policy

At Magic V Shop, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction.
However, due to the nature of electronic cigarettes and electronic cigarette accessories, problems can arise.
If you need help in diagnosing a problem or possibly troubleshooting a product, feel free to give us a call.

If you receive an item which is Dead On Arrival (DOA) or has manufacturing defects, you must email us at [email protected] within 30 days of its purchase from us.
If an item received is found DOA or has manufacturing defects past this 30 day period, you must contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Due to the nature of the following products, they will not be accepted for returns unless in the instance that they are brand new out of the box defective:

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Magic V Shop will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 5 workings days after the confirmation.

If you receive something that's incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, we will remedy the situation and cover postage costs for replacements. Understand, if we make a mistake on a shipment that we will pay for shipping back to our facility. We will send you a pre paid postage to your email to return your product that was shipped incorrectly. Once we receive the wrong item shipped we will ship the correct product to you. We can not send your product until we receive the wrong product. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE SHIP ANY PRODUCT OUT BEFORE WE RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED. Unfortunately, we have been taken advantage of our leniency in returning products and it messes it up for all the great customers that we have at Magic V Shop!
